  • "Opening Hours" tab.

       2. Booking Settings: Dedicated to all aspects of booking management, this section includes:

  • The Booking switcher
  • Time Slots (Availability) tab
  • Pricing & Bookable Services tab
  • Booking Prices & Settings tab
  • Availability Calendar tab
  • Coupons tab

This separation allows listing owners to focus on booking-related settings in an organized manner.

Direct Access to Booking Settings

Apart from segmenting the page for ease of navigation, we've introduced the capability for listing owners to access each section directly. Recognizing that adjustments to booking configurations are more frequent than changes to listing details, we've created a direct pathway to the "Booking Settings" page. Now, listing managers can swiftly navigate to this section from the "My Listings" page, bypassing the "Listing Details" part. This feature significantly enhances the efficiency of managing listings, especially for businesses that need to update their booking settings frequently

Different Prices for Different Listing Categories

We've observed concerns from clients about the same pricing structure across all listing types and categories on Listeo sites. This one-size-fits-all approach can be limiting, especially for sites that are oriented to a diverse range of businesses. For instance, a small barbershop and a popular restaurant have significantly different revenue scales and guest booking values. While a restaurant might generate substantial income from a single table reservation, a barbershop's earnings from a haircut appointment are comparatively lower. Recognizing these differences, we've crafted a solution that allows for differentiated pricing, reflecting the unique financial abilities of each business type.

Creating Customized Pricing Packages

Our system empowers Listeo site admins to create a variety of subscription packages, each tailored to specific business categories. The steps are:

  1. Creating WC Product Categories: The WC product categories name must match the listing category names for the packages inside to be attached to the corresponding listing category.
  2. Add Subscription Packages: For each category, site admins can create unique subscription packages to be displayed on "Choose Package" page for the user to choose from. These packages can have specific pricing structures and features, catering to the specific needs and financial capabilities of different business types.
  3.  Define Default Subscription Packages: In case your Listeo site has more listing categories than the subscription packages categories you have configured, we shall still provide some packages for the listing owner to choose from, right? You have to define these default packages, that the system will have as a fallback if the listing category or parent listing category does not have packages configured.

We need to rethink the steps of listing submission. Now, the 'Choose Package' step is moved after input of listing details.

  1. Choose Listing Type: Owners start by selecting the type of listing they want to create.
  2. Input Listing Details: The next step involves entering all relevant details about the listing.

  6. Checkout: The final step to complete the submission process.

Our Solution for Enhanced Engagement

To resolve this, we've updated the workflow to display all features, both free and paid, even if the user has not paid yet. The user won't be able to input and interact with paid feature tabs, only see them. This change means users can now see what they're missing out on without having to commit to a purchase first. When they hover over the features exclusive to paid packages, a clear message appears: "Subscription package is required to enable this Module." This approach not only makes the platform more transparent but also triggers user interest in the additional functionalities available with paid subscriptions.

By allowing users to see the full range of features from the beginning, we expect a significant increase in conversion rates. This visibility ensures users are fully informed about the platform's capabilities, making the value of paid packages more evident and attracting them to upgrade.

100x Faster Time Slot Configuration

We're excited to introduce a pivotal feature in the Time Slots tab of Listeo, designed to boost efficiency dramatically. This feature enables listing owners, particularly those with countless time slots per day or appointment-intensive businesses like barbershops or beauty salons, to configure their time slots up to 10 times faster than before.

The Challenge with Current Time Slot Configuration

Currently, setting up time slots is a tedious and repetitive task. Think of a business operating on 30-minute intervals over a 16-hour day. This could mean configuring upwards of 32 time slots per day. For a week, this number could easily exceed 200 slots, translating into more than 2 hours of monotonous, error-prone work for the listing owner to input them all. The risk of internet disruptions or browser issues adds to this frustration, leading to lost clients and negative feedback.

Our Innovative, Time-Saving Solution

We're introducing a smart, intuitive system for time slot configuration that drastically reduces the time and effort involved:

  1. Smart Time Input: The owner starts by typing the start time. The system intelligently predicts and autofills the time, automatically moving the cursor to the end time input. The end time is then auto-completed in a similar manner.
  2. Automated Time Slot Generation: After the first time slot is added, the system smartly predicts and auto-fills the next time slot based on the interval of the previous input. This feature is a game-changer for businesses with consistent time slot intervals, reducing the time to set up a day's schedule to mere seconds.

       3. 'Copy Day' Feature: To further streamline the process, we've added a "Copy Day" button. This allows the owner to replicate a day’s time slot configuration with a single click, immensely useful for businesses with uniform time slots across multiple days

If you haven't set subscription packages for a specific listing category, it automatically displays the packages of its parent category. This approach continues up the hierarchy, ensuring that if a parent category also lacks specific packages, it defaults to the packages of its parent, and so on. In the scenario where a listing category has no parent categories with set packages or no parent categories at all, the system then fallbacks to the site-wide default subscription packages. This setup guarantees that there will always be relevant package options available for any listing category, simplifying the process for both site admins and listing owners. Our goal is to make the package configuration process as straightforward as possible, adapting to your site's unique structure and requirements without overcomplicating the setup.
